Eighth Beef

Approx. 55 lbs | $16.50/lb

If you’ve been wanting to buy in bulk but don’t have a big chest freezer sitting in the garage, this is your entry point.

An Eighth Beef gives you a little of everything — a stack of ground beef, a handful of steaks, some solid roasts — all dry-aged, hand-cut, vacuum sealed, and clearly labeled. Same way we always do it.

It’s about 55 pounds of take-home beef, and it’ll just about fit in a standard fridge freezer (might take a little rearranging).

You’ll pay a bit more per pound at this level — $16.50/lb — but you’re still locking in your beef, cutting down grocery runs, and feeding your family real ranch-raised food for months.

Smallest commitment. Big upgrade from the store.

Quarter Beef

Approx. 112 lbs | $16.00/lb

This is where most families start to feel the shift.

A Quarter is roughly 112 pounds of beef — about half of a half — and it’s the point where your price per pound drops again. More beef, better value.

You’ll have plenty of ground for weeknights, roasts for slow Sundays, and steaks ready for when you want to celebrate something (or just survived Tuesday).

Plan on about 3.5 cubic feet of freezer space — a small chest freezer handles this comfortably.

At $16.00 per pound, you’re stepping into real bulk savings — and real convenience. One order. Stocked freezer. Fewer grocery store trips.

Half Beef

Approx. 225 lbs | $15.50/lb

Now we’re getting serious.

A Half Beef fills a freezer and settles the “what’s for dinner?” question for a long, long time. You’re looking at around 225 pounds of take-home beef, with a full range of cuts — about 47% ground, 16% steaks, 23% roasts/stew, and the rest those rich, flavorful bone-in cuts.

Your price per pound drops again here to $15.50/lb, and that’s where the math really starts working in your favor.

You’ll want about 7 cubic feet of freezer space (a medium chest freezer is perfect).

Buy once. Eat well for months. Feel very prepared.

Whole Beef

Approx. 450 lbs | $15.00/lb

This is the “we’re set” option.

A Whole Beef is about 450 pounds of take-home beef, and it’s the best price per pound we offer at $15.00/lb.

If you’ve got the freezer space (plan on around 14 cubic feet), this is hands-down the most economical way to buy beef. The savings per pound add up quickly at this level — and so does the peace of mind.

Steaks for grilling season. Roasts for gatherings. Ground beef stacked deep. All from one animal, raised the way we believe it should be.

This is how folks used to do it — fill the freezer, close the lid, and know you’re taken care of.
