This is a 25% deposit – full payment is required prior to fulfillment and before your beef goes to the butcher.
If you’ve been wanting to buy in bulk but don’t have a big chest freezer sitting in the garage, this is your entry point.
An Eighth Beef gives you a little of everything — a stack of ground beef, a handful of steaks, some solid roasts — all dry‑aged, hand‑cut, vacuum sealed, and clearly labeled. Same way we always do it.
It’s about 55 pounds of take‑home beef, and it will just about fit in a standard fridge freezer (might take a little rearranging).
At $16.50 per pound of packaged meat, you’ll pay a bit more per pound at this level, but you’re still:
Locking in your beef
Cutting down grocery runs
Feeding your family real ranch‑raised food for months
No hanging‑weight tricks: You’re paying for the beef that actually goes into your freezer, not an abstract “hanging weight” you never see.
All from one beef animal raised start‑to‑finish for your freezer — grass‑fed, grass‑finished, and never pushed through a feedlot or “recycled” from old cull or dairy cows. If an animal ever needs antibiotics, it’s disqualified from our beef program, because what goes into them eventually goes into you.
