You’re looking at around 225 pounds of take‑home beef, with a full range of cuts:

At $15.50 per pound of packaged meat, this is where the math really starts working in your favor.
No hanging‑weight math: Your price is based on the beef that actually goes into your freezer, not an inflated “hanging weight” you never see.
You’ll want about 7 cubic feet of freezer space (a medium chest freezer is perfect).
All from one beef animal raised start‑to‑finish for your freezer — grass‑fed, grass‑finished, and never pushed through a feedlot or “recycled” from old cull or dairy cows. If an animal ever needs antibiotics, it’s disqualified from our beef program, because what goes into them eventually goes into you.
